The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Adetunji is bereaved as he has lost his most senior wife, Olori Kudirah Adetunji.
PMParrot’s source at the Palace informed that the Olori, believed to be the Monarch’s closest confidant died in the early hours of Thursday.
We were informed that source of death has not been confirmed.
Said our source “Her death came as a big, giant shock. This is because, yesterday, Wednesday, she was with the Kabiyesi when he hosted members of the Nigerian Football Supporters Club members at the Palace.
“So, to see her dead today, can be best be described as devastating because to the best of my knowledge, she was bubbling with life yesterday, Wednesday.”
PMParrot was also informed that Oba Adetunji is so devastated and has not come out to see anybody as at the time of filing in this report.
It was gathered that the deceased will be buried later today, Thursday, according to Islamic rites.
