Day Oloye Lekan Alabi Paid A Visit To The Ooni Of Ife

One of the most trendy traditional chiefs in Ibadanland, Oloye ‘Lekan Alabi,Agba Akin Olubadan of Ibadanland and the first Cultural Ambassador of the National Museum and Monument,Ile-Ife,Osun State of Nigeria, during the week paid a courtesy call on the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye  Ogunwusi in his Palace in Ile-Ife.

During the highly-warm reception, Oloye Alabi presented some copies of the new book,”JUNE 12: LEST WE FORGET”, which he co-authored with the League of Veteran Journalists(Oyo State) to the first class monarch.

He also used the opportunity to inform Oba Ogunwusi of His Royal Majesty’s selection as the Royal Father of the Day,at the forthcoming “2019 YORUBA CULTURAL FESTIVAL AND AWARDS DAY”, holding, in Chicago,United States of America.

The international Festival is being promoted by Oloye Alabi and Wole Duro-Ladipo, a Chicago-based son of the late doyen of theater, Duro Ladipo, universally known as,”Sango”,the god of thunder.
