The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North West Local Government, Alh AbdulRahman Olanrewaju Adepoju has sworn-in the Secretary to the Local Government, Mrs Sarah Shobowale and her Assistant, Hajia Bolanle Oladeji.
The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Council secretariat, Onireke on Wednesday.
Hon. AbdulRahman Adepoju congratulated the new appointees and charged them to be more proactive in their schedule of duties for the development of the local government.
 In her goodwill message, the newly sworn-in Secretary, Mrs. Sarah Shobowale, speaking on behalf of the other appointee, appreciated the state’s governor, Engr. ‘Seyi Makinde, the Chairman and all PDP leaders in the Council area, for the opportunity given to them to serve.
She promised to carry out the responsibilities attached to her office diligently, and not to betray the trust the people of Ibadan North-West Local Government had in them.
Some of the prominent party members in attendance during the swearing-in included the Vice Chairman, Alhaji Ganiy Abiodun Omotosho, Alhaji Lukman Adesina, Hon Kazeem Fantola, Alhaji Labule Ishola, Hon. Dawood Olalere, Hon. Akeem Obadara, Leader of the House, councillors, Supervisors, Special Assistants and PDP stakeholders in the local government.
Others present at the event included the Head of Local Government Administration, Mrs. Rachael Olabode, HODs and Units Heads of Ibadan North West Local Government.
