The House of Representatives, on Monday, donated ₦705m to the Federal Government to support vulnerable Nigerians during the month of Ramadan.
The Speaker of the House, Tajudeen Abbas, announced this when President Bola Tinubu hosted principal officers of the green chamber to an Iftar dinner at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Tajudeen presented the donation on behalf of the lawmakers, saying they are committed to alleviating the economic hardship of the most vulnerable Nigerians.
