Laughter Incorporated Ventures has announced plans to hold the grand finale of the 2026 Laffmattazz with Gbenga Adeyinka & Friends tour on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Tagged ‘Lagos Gets the Last Laugh,’ the finale will close a tour that has held editions in Ibadan, Akure, Calgary, London, Ontario, Toronto and Abeokuta.
For Gbenga Adeyinka 1st, GCON, the Lagos finale is also a homecoming. The city played a major role in the development of his entertainment career more than 30 years ago, providing the stages and audiences that helped shape his work.
The Finale
The finale, themed “The Next Chapter: A New Season of Laughter,” will bring together comedy, music, culture and fashion. It will also mark the close of the Laffmattazz tour’s 15th anniversary year, alongside more than three decades of Adeyinka’s career in entertainment.
FirstBank
FirstBank takes the role of the lead sponsor and official tour partner of Laffmattazz 2026. Laughter Incorporated Ventures acknowledged the bank’s support for the tour across Nigeria and Canada and its contribution to bringing the Lagos finale to the stage.
With preparations underway, the organisers are inviting additional sponsors and brand partners to support the event. Opportunities include audience engagement, hospitality, on site activations and campaign visibility before, during and after the finale.
The organisers said the event offers prospective partners an opportunity to connect with audiences through comedy and shared cultural experiences.
After tour stops in Ibadan, Akure, Calgary, London, Ontario, Toronto and Abeokuta, the tour will conclude in Lagos, bringing the 2026 edition to the city where Adeyinka’s entertainment journey began.
