As part of its corporate social responsibility to the society, Mobil Stopover Petrol Station, Ogo-Oluwa Area, Osogbo in Osun State has put smile on the faces of its numerous customers.
The filling station which also marked its first year anniversary gave out a Mini Bus popularly called ‘Korope’ in the state, Motorcycles and food items to its customers.
In his Speech, the Chairman of the retail outlet, Mr. Abiodun Olaore said the gesture was to give thanks to God for His love, protection and favour, as well as appreciate the numerous customers of the outlet for their patronage.
He said, “I sincerely appreciate our highly esteemed and valued customers who in business sense can be described as the king and whose patronage has sustained us during this period of one year. I implore you to keep it up while assuring you of excellent customer care service at all times.”
Olaore, who promised to continue to be customer friendly and provide environmentally friendly products and services as well as a desire to improve the lives of individuals appealed to his numerous customers not to relent in patronizing the petrol station all the times.
He congratulated the winner of the Mini-Bus, Mr Akeem Adesoye as well as those that won Motorcycles and food items while urging others that did not win in the Raffle Draw Promo not to be discouraged adding that the programme would be a continuous one.
In his own speech at the event, the Chairman at the ceremony, Otunba Jacob Adejare who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Sam-Jay Groups of Companies congratulated Olaore for witnessing the one year anniversary of the Mobil Stopover Petrol Station and for putting the love of his customers in his mind.
Otunba Adejare, however, used the medium to call on other business tycoons and filling station owners to emulate Olaore.
Similarly, the Regional Southwest Manager Mobil Oil, Engr.Tunde Odunnuga speaking on behalf of the Managing Director of Mobil, Engr. Tunji Oyebamiji charged Olaore not to relent in his good gesture towards the betterment of his customers and also felicitated with him on the one year anniversary of the station.
The colourful ceremony was witnessed by large numbers of members of various commercial transportation unions in the state and well wishers.
