The Presiding Pastor of Christ Foundation Evangelical Ministry International, Prophet John Gabriel has urged all Nigerians to be closer to God because only His love and mercy have been keeping the nation together.
Speaking during the 14th anniversary of the Ministry, held at the church CFEM auditorium at Ifeoluwa Close, Bolumole Area, Ring Road, Ibadan, Prophet Gabriel in his goodwill message said, from what every Nigerians know, God loves this country because what has happened in the last one year in Nigeria cannot happen in any other country before a serious war is triggered off.
“God is good to our country, Nigeria. Indeed, He has been faithful in all ramifications as much water has passed under the bridge but the country still remains intact, unshakeable, immoveable, rather, the country keeps waxing stronger, solidifying the more, increasing in power and greatness,” Prophet Gabriel said.
Speaking further on the anniversary with the theme, ‘Make a joyful noise unto the Lord’, he said “Nigeria should reminisce over His faithfulness and protection over the country, explore and reflect on God’s unique plan for our lives and in all our thought we should know how to praise Him more”.
Giving his sermon at the occasion, Pastor Amos Adegoke said “Nigerians should learn how to praise God always because only with that can we get more for our creator.
“By giving God praises, surely, He will do more for us and this great country,” he added.
