Kwara United FC Fortifies Team With Six Players

Management of the Kwara United FC has signed six additional players to further fortified the team ahead of the second round of the Bet9ja league season.

According to a statement signed by the media officer of the club, Abdulwaheed Bibire, the newly recruited players include former Nigeria U-20 attacking midfielder Solomon Owello from Niger Tornadoes. Others are Ajunwa Felix, striker From Ifeanyi Ubah, Mbonu Kelechi striker, from Sokoto United FC, and Aminu Auwalu Defender from Kaduna United FC.

Anthony Wilson an attacking midfielder from Kogi united FC has also agreed to wear the Harmony Boys jersey when the second round commences, while the club’s policy of developing the feeders team yielded another positive result with the promotion of Kabiru Isiaka a defender to the main team.

The president of the Club, Prince Oladimeji Ladi Thompson said the players were recruited based on the request of the technical crew and urged them to justify the confidence repose on them by adding values to the club.

Kwara United FC presently sits at the top of the Bet9ja northern conference with 22 points and will travel to Abuja this week to face Abuja FC in the week fourteen fixtures.
