Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has approved the appointment of the Oloye of Oye-Ekiti, Oba Oluwole Ademolaju as the new chairman of the State Council of Obas.
The appointment of Oba Oluwole Ademolaju as Chairman, Ekiti State Council of Obas, according to a release by Lere Olayinka, the spokesman to the governor, takes immediate effect.
Oba Oluwole Ademolaju takes over from the Ologotun of Ogotun Ekiti, Oba Samuel Oyebade.
Governor Fayose thanked the immediate past Chairman, Oba Samuel Oyebade for his selfless contributions to the State while in office, especially his commitment to peace and development in the state, which he demonstrated during his tenure.
