One of Nigeria’s most vibrant banks, Guarantee Trust Bank (GTBank) has tendered unreserved apologies to its teeming customers over Wednesday, October 4, 2017 disruption of services.

In a much publicized letter to customers all over the world, the Management of the bank expressed regrets for the sad experiences recorded by customers on the said day.

 Dear Customer,

We sincerely apologize for every inconvenience you experienced due to the banking disruption on our banking channels on Wednesday, October 4, 2017.

At GTBank, we know that when you walk into our banking halls, subscribe to our product or make use of our e-channels, it is because you expect the best from us. This is the reason we drive all our resources on a daily basis to ensuring we deliver on this promise.

Yesterday, we fell short on this promise and for this we are truly sorry.

Clearly something went, but we have worked hard to fix it, and all service on our banking channels have been restored.

Once again, please accept our most sincere apologies.
