Football governing body, Federation of International Football Association confirmed on Friday that the Super Eagles of Nigeria will be based in Essentuki at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
The Sanatorium Istochnik Hotel in the Stavropol region, Essentuki will act as the Super Eagles headquarters during the tournament, while they will train at Essentuki Arena.
According to the report, the authorities of the region will treat with double attention each team that has chosen the bases for accommodation in the Caucasian Mineral Waters.
A double room at the Sanatorium Istochnik Hotel will cost guests a minimum of N31,900.00, inclusive of meals.
The facilities at the hotel include: swimming pool, indoor pool, fitness center, personal trainer, ATM On Site, daily housekeeping and a business center.
Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel and pets are not allowed.
If the Super Eagles qualify for the knockout rounds, they have to choose whether to retain the Sanatorium Istochnik Hotel as their base or move to another location/city.
Nigeria have been paired with Argentina, Croatia and Iceland in Group D at the World Cup and will battle the Eastern Europeans in their first game on June 16 at Kaliningrad Stadium, Kaliningrad.
