Dr. Abiodun Ismail Saka Layonu, one of the gubernatorial aspirants under the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State and the founder of a group known as Agbajoowo has commended the appointment given to the national leader of his party, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu by President Muhammadu Buhari.
This was contained in a statement signed by his spokesperson, Mr. Bolaji Okunade who explained that Dr. Abiodun Ismail Saka Layonu urged the states involved to maintain peace and co-operate with the reconciliation committee headed by Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“The recent appointment was a direct recognition and confirmation of Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the national leader of APC. This is a significant landmark which confirmed the president’s belief and confidence in his ability and leadership skill”
“We are confident that Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu will bring his leadership knowledge and experience to bear while serving as head of APC reconciliation committee”.
