On Saturday 27th January, 2018 all roads led to Sablak Event Centre located along Ibadan-Lagos Expressway where eminent personalities from far and near gathered to witness the solemnization of holy matrimony between the London based couple, Babatunde Sulaimon and his heartthrob, Dada Aminat Yetunde who came all away from their base in London for the ceremony.
The occasion was indeed a celebration of love and joy as friends, family and other well wishers graced the two-day glamorous wedding ceremony.
The couple began their wedding preparation with a court registry earlier attended at Greenwich Council, London to legalize their union followed by an engagement ceremony held on Friday 26th January, 2018 at No. 1, Arowona Adegbeye Estate, Idi Mango, Soka Area, Ibadan while the Walima Nikkah and reception was followed at Sablak Event centre in accordance with Islamic rites.
The Majority Leader of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Kehinde Subair who was the Chairman of the day advised the couple to always live in peace and try to be each other’s keeper.
Similarly, the elated lawmaker and member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing Ibadan South East Constituency II, Hon. Ademola Akeem Ige who also doubled as the Chief host of the day, enjoined the newly wedded couple to always live in one accord and settle dispute between themselves without allowing third party interference in their relationship.
