The management of the newly approved Atiba University located in Oyo Town, Oyo State has announced that academic activities will commence on Tuesday, March 8, 2018.
In a special release made available to PMParrot, the Acting Vice Chancellor of the institution, Professor Shola Ehindero informed that members of the public should “note that students cans still apply for admission till Saturday, 14th of April, 2018 when the matriculation will take place”.
It should be recalled that the new university started recruiting academic and non-academic staff into various positions immediately it was registered late 2017.
The take-off site of the University is located in Oyo town with permanent site located about 5 Km Oyo-Iseyin Road, Oyo.
The institution that is ICT-driven is envisioned to be a top ranking, world-class university, committed to excellence in research and the production of leaders with a passion for service with integrity.
Atiba University also promises to contribute to the socio-economic development of Oyo town and Oyo State in general.
