The management and staff of Prokonnect Limited, the publishers of PMParrot.com and Parrot Xtra Magazine, Ibadan, have joined other Africans to celebrate the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba (Dr) Lamidi Adeyemi as he celebrates his 80th birthday on Saturday.
In a special statement signed by Olayinka Agboola, the Editor-In-Chief of the publishing outfit, the monarch was described as one of the most powerful individuals who has been serving as a symbol of peace, tranquility and progress.
Said the statement “We join other great Africans to celebrate the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba (Dr) Lamidi Adeyemi as he celebrates his 80th birthday.

“For those who may not know, the Alaafin is one of those being used by God to sustain Nigeria’s democracy and he has been doing his best.
