Ademola Agboola

The demise of Chief Ademola Agboola, a successful international businessman and prominent member of Lagelu Grammar School Ibadan Old Boys has been reported. He was aged 53.

PMParrot gathered that he died at the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State on Thursday evening.

We were told that he complained of sharp stomach pains earlier in the day and he was taken to a private hospital from where he landed in UCH.

When we contacted his junior brother who is also a big-time businessman, Olayinka Agboola, he confirmed the development while silently weeping.

However, he informed that elderly members of the family were yet to be informed.

The late Ademola was a key member of the 1982-set of Lagelu Grammar School.

His colleagues, led by Mr Bolanle Adeyemi and Comrade Sunday Amoo could not speak with us because they were still in shock.

We also gathered that family members are presently gathered at Iwo Road/Monatan home of the late family-head, Chief Agboola Onipako.
