The Senator representing Ogun East Senatorial District, Senator Buruji Kashamu, has disclosed that the Peoples Democratic Party’s factional governorship candidate in Ogun State, Ladi Adebutu does not have the capacity to be the Governor of the state.
Kashamu, made this disclosure on Tuesday while speaking during an interview on a private radio station, Fresh FM 105.9 Ibadan monitored by PMParrot.
It would be recalled that the crisis within the party in Ogun State led to the emergence of both Kashamu and Adebutu as gubernatorial candidates.
As things stand, Senator Kashamu is recognized by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) while Honourable Adebutu is recognized by the National Headquarters of the party.
Senator Kashamu later explained that if he finally becomes the governor, he is not going to mislead the people. He said he has always been a straightforward and a truthful person. He mentioned that he is loved by almost every of his friends and families because of the act of trustworthiness he possesses.
Senator Kashamu said he is going to open his doors for everyone by not being partial to anyone. He promised that he is not going to steal from the state government.
He mentioned that he knows how to deal with almost all the problems facing Ogun State because he has everything in his blueprint.
He advised the people of Ogun State not to sell their votes because if they do, they will not benefit anything from the government and that can lead to another round of suffering and problems in the state.
