In apparent move to air his views the on-going battle of wits between the Nigerian Judiciary and the Executive as headed by President Muhammadu Buhari, Nobel laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka has announced plans to address a ‘Citizen Forum’.
In a widely circulated invite titled ‘Invitation to Citizen Forum 2019 Interactive Session’ as made available to PMParrot by a close ally of the Professor, Jahman Anikulapo on Tuesday, the event holds in Lagos on Thursday, January 31 at the Freedom Park, Hospital Road, Lagos.”
The invite, personally signed by Professor Wole Soyinka informed that the scholar is ready to engage all in a free-ranging exchange on the subject: ‘Civic Choice In A Time of Judicial Penkelemes’.
The event will hold between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
