APC To Akala, Ladoja: Your Knowledge Of Governance Is Outdated

Two former governors of Oyo State, Senator Rashidi Ladoja and Chief Adebayo Alao Akala have been described as outdated politicians who are not in tune with the principles of modern principles of governance.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Oyo State Chapter said this in a statement on Wednesday in Ibadan, saying that the utterances of the duo in recent times showed that they are far behind in developmental politics.

The Party’s Publicity Secretary, Dr AbdulAzeez Olatunde said that the attitude of the duo should not be surprising as their own definition of politics involve thuggery, hooliganism, and financial misappropriation, stressing that the administrations of both Senator Ladoja and Chief Akala were characterized by violence and financial impropriety.

Dr Olatunde said that the frustration of Ladoja should be understood as he has traversed four different political parties in the last one year, noting that the desperation of Pa Ladoja to be at the helms and recently as a god father is already telling on his action.

He stated that Senator Ladoja’s had attempted to return back to the seat of power twice and failing on the two different occasions despite feeding the general public with lies and fabrications about the Governor Abiola Ajimobi administration.

He posited out that  about two years ago, Senator Ladoja still lied about the land given to him by the Senator Ajimobi’s administration until a paid advertisement was placed in some national daily by APC to actually confirm that he benefited from this administration.

Dr Olatunde said, “it is a pity that Senator Ladoja will always find a way to castigate and malign Governor Ajimobi despite the respect the latter accords him. We all know they share family and Governor Ajimobi always accords his brother his due regards, however, Senator Ladoja always returns the gesture with cheap shots, falsehood and character assassination benefiting of a man of his status but characteristic of his person.”
