A socio-cultural group, Grand Council of Yoruba Youths (Agbarijo Egbe Odo Yoruba) has set next Tuesday as the day to publicly endorse Oyo, Lagos and Ogun gubernatorial candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibadan.
According to a statement made available to PMParrot, Chief Adebayo Adelabu of Oyo, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos and Prince Dapo Abiodun of Ogun will be endorsed at the House of Chiefs, Agodi in Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State.
The statement, signed by the group’s President General, Comrade Awa Bamiji said a lecture, titled ‘Oro Sunnunkun, Oju Sunnunkun la fi n wo’ will be delivered by Senator Olabiyi Durojaiye and Prince Tajudeen Olusi under the Chairmanship of the Leader of Afenifere, (Pa) Senator Ayo Fasanmi.

“Discussants are Comrades Soliu Moruf Adekunle (Africa) and Adekitan Luqman (Too Nice), the SW Presidents of the National Youths’ Council of Nigeria (NYCN) and National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) respectively
“Father and Mother of the day are Ambassador Olu Otunla and Chief (Mrs) Folasade Tinubu – Ojo, lyaloja General of Nigeria respectively.
“Chief Host is Senator Abiola Ajimobi, the Executive Governor of Oyo State.
“Iwure by Araba lfayemi Elebuibon while ljala, Rara, and Ekun-lyawo will be parts of the interlude. This event will be conducted purely in Yoruba ponbele.”
