A member of the Federal House of Representatives from Oyo State, Hon Temitope Olatoye Sugar is presently in critical condition at the University College Hospital in Ibadan, the capital city of the state.
A source at the number one tertiary institution confirmed to PMParrot that the politician was rushed into the hospital’s Emergency Section around 5pm and has since been in the Resuscitating Room.
Said our source “that he is in the Resuscitating Room at the Emergency Section means that the matter is serious and life threatening. He was shot on the head.”
An online platform, insightoyo had earlier broken the new of Sugar being shot in the eye on his way from his village after casting his vote.
Efforts to officially confirm this from the spokesperson of the hospital, Mr Toye Akinrinnola has not been successful as he told us he would call back. We have since sent series of text messages to him.
