The Osun State branch of the Coalition of Progressive Political Parties (COP3) has described the former governor of Lagos state and the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a formidable political force who has brought changes to the political landscape of Nigeria.
This was contained in a press release issued and signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Coalition, Wole Adedoyin and Elder Adeloye Ogunmodede made available to newsmen in Osogbo.
According to the release “Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been been a formidable force, helping to put together a great political party that won power at the Centre in Nigeria. He is a true hero of democracy, a light that cannot be cloaked! Asiwaju is a great and a true leader, an outstanding leader in Yoruba land and beyond. “
“Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has made people and made lives a lot better through political opportunities he has created and his other humanitarian activities. We wish him many more years in life. We pray that Allah grants all his need to continue to impact the lives of many more people.” The release finally said.
