Hope Democratic Party, Osun State Chapter has hailed Governor Gboyega Oyetola for the great efforts he has applied in reducing health care services delivery problems in the state.
Wole Adedoyin, the Osun State Chairman of Hope Democratic Party (HDP) made this known in a press release issued and signed in Ilesa after the party’s meeting to review the impact made by the party in the just concluded 2019 general elections in the state.
According to Wole Adedoyin who was also the party’s gubernatorial candidate in the 2018 election said “Osun State under the political leadership of Governor Gboyega Oyetola currently has a good record in fighting for health, especially in women, children as well as marginalized groups.”
“We want to commend Governor Gboyega Oyetola and his government, when you look at the state health’s report; it indicates that Osun State is almost on the right track of reducing this health problem.
HDP, however, advised the Governor to initiate programmes on improving community health care like community health insurance and provision of communication tools in rural areas which eases linkages between health personnel and patients,
HDP finally hinted that Osun State Government under the political leadership of Governor Gboyega Oyetola has truly improved health status of Osun state citizens adding that other states in the country should imitate the same for the betterment of their citizens.
