All arrangements have been concluded for the commissioning of the new Bayo Adelabu School Governing Board building donated for the use of Lagelu Grammar School, Agugu, Ibadan on Tuesday.
The building project was conceptualized, financed and supervised by Chief Adebayo Adelabu, a former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
In a statement from the office of the Secretary General of Lagelu Grammar School Old Boys’Association (LAGSOBA), Comrade Wale Adeoye, PMParrot was informed that the official commissioning assignment will be carried out by the outgoing governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, who is also an old student of the school.
Adeoye wrote “The Chairman, Lagelu Grammar School Governing Board, Grand Distinguished Lagelite Chief Adebayo Adekola Adelabu, FCA, FCIB wishes to formally notify the Board of Trustees, National Executive Council, the Lagelu Grammar School, Ibadan community and the general public that the official commissioning of the new Bayo Adelabu School Governing Board building will hold on Tuesday, 21 May, 2019 by 3.00pm inside the School Premises.
:The building which was privately built by the SGB Chairman, Chief Adebayo Adelabu is to be commissioned along with the Bayo Adelabu Foundation Skills Acquisition Center (BAFSAC) at Oluyoro Catholic Hospital road, Ibadan by the Oyo State Governor, His Excellency, Grand Distinguished Lagelite Sen. Abiola Ajimobi.
“Eminent old boys and the general public are by this release specially invited to the commissioning of the multi-million naira edifices.”
