All plans have been concluded by the Agbajiro Egbe Odo Yoruba, Grand Council of Yoruba Youths to honour a popular, veteran actor, Chief Lere Paimo (Eda Onile Ola) on Friday.
PMParrot can confirm that the talented artiste will be formally presented with ‘Ogo Osere Ti lle Odu’a Award’ during his 80th Birthday anniversary celebration slated for lbadan Civic Centre, lbadan, on Friday 11th October, 2019, by 10 am
Expected at the occasion are Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, National Leader, All Progressive Congress; Engineer Seyi Makinde, the Governor, Oyo State; Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi lll, Alaafin of Oyo; Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja ll, Ooni of lfe; Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji Ajeogungunniso l, Olubadan of Ibadanland among other royal fathers.
Musicians of repute like King Sunny Ade, Killington Ayinla, Saheed Osupa, Rasheed Ayinde, Taye Currency and other prominent Nigerians will be there.
One of the organizers, Comrade Awa Bamiji informed that security and other arrangements have been sorted out.
Said the Comrade “we are ready to host the creamiest in the society at the event. Guests should arrive early enough so that we can all have the best of times as we host the respected veteran actor.”
