A businessman and astute politician, Omokoya Balogun has expressed his intention to join the race for the exulted chairmanship seat of Alimosho Local Government, Lagos.
Omokoya who has been a factional Youth Leader of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Alimosho area for the past four years has concluded plans to vie in the yet to be fixed council poll in Lagos State.
Omokoya who was born on 1st of January 1969 into the family of  Alh. Akeem Balogun & Mrs. Moriliatu Balogun according to his profile is a Political Science graduate of Igbinedon University, after which he obtained a masters degree from Lead City University Ibadan in the same discipline.
He said, in a chat that he leant and imbibed good leadership qualities from his uncle Engr. Abdulazeez Balogun, a popular Lagos socialite who trained him up to university level.
He, however, vowed to use his experience and goodwill among numerous youths in the area to win the council election and turn around the fortune of the youths in the area for good.
