The family and followers of former governor of Oyo State, Alhaji Lamidi Onaolapo Adesina will on Monday, November 11, 2019 gather at his Felele, Ibadan home to pray as they remember him.
PMParrot gathered that the special prayer will be held in the mosque he built before he died on November 11, 2012.
Most of his followers, including Dr Wasiu Olatubosun, the present Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism in the state were busy over the weekend mobilizing others on the need to gather on this day.
Another source close to the family informed that one of the deceased’s children, Hon Adedapo Lam-Adesina, an ex-member of the House of Representatives will also use the opportunity to empower some youths.
Lam Adesina left his wife, Alhaja Sarat Adesina, children including Dr Ayobami, Adenike, Olubunmi, Adeola, Adedapo and Adetunji with several grand children.
May his soul continue to rest in peace.
