As part of efforts of the present Administration to take education to greater heights, the Governor of Ekiti State, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, would on Thursday, 16th January, 2020, distribute science equipment to all Public Secondary Schools and Technical Colleges in the state.
The Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Mr. Foluso Daramola, made this known in a statement made available to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti.
According to him, the State Government had already procured science equipment worth N109 million naira for distribution to all Public Secondary Schools and Technical Colleges across the state.
Mr. Foluso Daramola further disclosed that the venue of the programme is Ministry of Education Science and Technology, Phase IV, State Secretariat, Ado-Ekiti at 10. 00 am.
Principals of all Public Secondary Schools and Technical Colleges across the state, Area Education Officers and other Education Stakeholders are expected to be seated by 9am.
