COVID-19: Philanthropist Sola Olubunmi Assists Less Privileged In Ekiti

The President, Yoruba Community Association (YCA) Toronto, Canada and philanthropist, Chief (Mrs) Sola Olubunmi has presented consumable to some less privileged and her workers in Nigeria as palliative measures to them during the current Coronavirus pandemic-induced lockdown.

Chief Sola Olubunmi who is the Chief Executive of So-mic Investment Ltd in Nigeria said that the beneficiaries of the consumables include her workers in Lagos, Efon Alaaye, Igede, Ilawe and Ado Ekiti.

Presenting the food items to the workers in Nigeria, the representative of the company, Prince Sola Adetule said it has been the usual tradition of the Chief Executive to give back to the communities including school children, less privileged, indigent students. She also has been empowering many people in Nigeria and Toronto, in Canada.

Prince Adetule added that Chief Sola annually presents school uniforms, exercise books and leather sandal to the 31 primary school pupils in Efon. She also empowers both old and young as well, and has constructed a standard Bus stop at Orita-Babalola all in Efon Alaaye.
