Ayoola, Oyo’s Environment Commissioner Begins Last Journey On Wednesday

Activities billed to herald  the burial of Oyo State’s Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, Hon. Olatunji Kehinde Ayoola will begin on Wednesday, May 27.

A two-day burial arrangements, which will hold on Wednesday, May 27 and May 28, 2020 has been announced by the government in conjunction with the deceased’s immediate family.

The two-day programme for the burial is expected to be attended strictly by members of the family of the deceased in order to prevent social gathering due to the rampaging novel coronavirus pandemic.

At the same time, well-wishers and members of the public have been enjoined to follow the programmes on provided social media platforms.

The burial arrangements will commence on Wednesday, May 27th, 2020 with Service of Songs by 4pm, while Lying-in-State and Special Legislative Sitting will hold on Thursday, May 28th, 2020 by 8am.

The Burial Service will hold by 11am and Interment will follow immediately at the church cemetery in Ido Local Government Area.

Hon. Kehinde Ayoola, was the Chairman, Editorial Board of Parrot Xtra Magazine. He died on May 14th, 2020 after a very brief illness at an Iyaganku, Ibadan-based hospital.
