The Ekiti State Council of Traditional Rulers has felicitated with the First Lady of the State, Erelu Bisi Fayemi on the occasion of her 57th birthday.
In a press statement by the Chairman of the State Council of Traditional Rulers, the Alawe of Ilawe Ekiti, HRM Oba Adebanji Ajibade Alabi, Ekiti monarchs noted that Erelu Bisi Fayemi is a unique woman worthy of celebration for her unwavering support for the husband, Governor Kayode Fayemi and her dogged commitment to the emancipation of the womanhood as well as the protection of the under aged through her activities to stop gender based violence in the State and Nigeria as a whole.
The Monarchs also stressed that Erelu Fayemi’s equivocal support for the welfare of the old people in the State has uplifted many homes.
Oba Alabi on behalf of his colleagues therefore, prayed for the Wife of the Governor for long life, sound heath and many years of meritorious service to humanity.
