Inter Milan Awaits Chelsea’s Permission To Play Victor Moses In Europa League

Italian Serie A giants, Inter Milan are in serious dilemma over former Super Eagles winger, Victor Moses because they are yet to receive the green light from Chelsea to play him in their remaining Europa League matches.

According to reports in Sky Sport Italia, the Milan based side face losing the Nigeria international when campaign for the Europa League resume because Chelsea haven’t given them permission to use the player beyond the end of the 2019-2020 Serie A season.

It would be recalled that the English Premier League side, Chelsea had an initial agreement with Inter for Moses to stay with the Nerazzurri until June 30 but the his loan deal has been extended until August 1.

Inter Milan CEO, Beppe Marotta is hoping to strike an agreement with Chelsea which could involve the Nerazzurri paying additional compensation to the Premier League side.

The 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner is believed to be in the plans of manager Antonio Conte for the Europa League, having started all their games in the competition since his arrival at the club.

Moses won the Europa League with Chelsea in 2013, scoring four goals in the knockout stages.
