As part of the activities to celebrate the 82nd birthday of the founding Chairman and Proprietor of West-Midlands Communication Limited, Chief Adebayo Akande (MFR) and the 14th anniversary public lecture of Splash 105.5 F.M, a commemorative lecture has been scheduled to hold.
The event to celebrate the industrialist and owner of the first privately-owned radio station holds in Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State.
It is scheduled to hold inside the Trenchard Hall, University of Ibadan, on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 by 11:00am will attract the crème de la crème in the society.
Special activities lined up for the commemorative event include a public lecture tagged “IN SEARCH OF A NIGERIAN DREAM to be delivered by Professor Charles Olutayo Adesina of the Department of History, University of Ibadan while the expected Chairman of the occasion is Chief Orikolade Kola Kareem, the Agba-Oye Olubadan of Ibadanland.
