Nigeria’s Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen scored a goal in 4-0 win against Udinese yesterday’s evening to continue his impressive scoring rate for Napoli.
Osimhen opened the scoring in the 24th minute to give the visitors the lead after a solid start through an assist from Lorenzo Insigne in the Serie A game week 4 at Dacia Arena, his third goals in four days.
The Nigeria international was in action for 81st minute before he was replaced by Andrea Petagna.
The 22-year-old star only last Thursday scored a brace as Napoli came from two goals behind to snatch a point against Leicester City with a 2-2 draw at the King Power Stadium in the Europa league game last Thursday.
Meanwhile, Kosovan professional footballer, Amir Rrahmani doubles Napoli’s the lead in the 35th minute before Kalidou Koulibaly increased the tally in the 52nd minute. Substitute Hirving Lozano nailed the Udinese’s coffin with the fourth goal in the 84th minute.
The win moved Napoli to the top of the Serie A table with 12 points, having recorded their fourth consecutive win.
Napoli’s last league match saw them triumph 2-1 over Juventus at home. Napoli have got the better of Udinese of late, unbeaten in their last 10 Serie A matches (W9 D1 L0) before yesterday encounter.
