Have you ever heard of Jacob and Papa Lolo? Well, Jacob is no more but Papa Lolo whose real name is Ayo Ogunshina is still very much around and kicking. The duo reigned in the 70s and 80s as comedians.
PMParrot can exclusively inform here that plans have been concluded to honour Papa Lolo with ‘Lifetime Achievement award’ by the organisers of the annual Pacesetter Entertainment and Recognition Award
(PERA) Ceremony on Sunday.
We were told that the duo of the Chairman organising committee, Mrs Evelyn Omolara Farounbi and the executive producer, Mr Rotimi Martins Alariwo have assured all those planning to be at the event on Sunday that all is now set.
“Yes, we are set and all arrangements have been put in place. We than all those who have been supporting us. The day will be full of fun and excitement”.
PERA Awards starts by 3pm at the prestigious Mauve 21 Event Center, Ring Road in the capital city of Oyo State.
