The Presiding Pastor of Christ Apostolic Church, Arogungbogunmi, Olunde, Ibadan, Prophet Richard Kolawole, has issued a warning to the President Muhammadu Buhari-led government not to tamper with the price of fuel as it is capable of plunging the country into crises that will be more than what was experienced during the END SARS protest.
The prominent Ibadan based cleric made this revelation during the annual four-day end of the year programme of the church tagged “Jehovah Reigneth” in which he spoke about what might happen in the new year, said the government must stop further deregulation of the oil sector or the proposed increment in fuel prices because this will further lead the country into crisis beyond imagination.
“The Buhari-led administration must not tamper with the prices of fuel because from what the Lord has shown me, it may lead to the disintegration of Nigeria and the crisis that would follow will be more than what was experienced during the END SARS protest,” Prophet Kolawole said.
Speaking further with PMParrot, Prophet Kolawole said, Nigerians should be more prayerful because the year 2022 will be tough for the citizens and from what the Lord has shown him, nothing good can come from the present administration in the country.
“Nigerians should be praying to God that the present administration in the country should pass away because nothing good can come out of it in 2022. Buhari’s government has refused to do the needful in all sectors of life. Instead of fighting terrorism, it is like the government is backing it.
“President Buhari surrounded himself with knowledgeable people but he refused to listen to anyone’s advice and this is the beginning of the end for the country,” he added.
Among the revelations he gave included the reduction in the upsurge of COVID-19 pandemic and fire outbreak in the nation. He also added that the year 2022 is a year of reward for those that serve God faithfully.
He, however, warned that political leaders in the nation will face attacks from angry youths in the nation as a result of bad governance, while warning that prices of goods and services will fluctuate throughout the new year.
The popular Ibadan cleric stated that God will continue to be angry with the nation as a result of the shedding of innocent blood.
He further submitted that banditry and kidnapping will be on the increase because of the failure of the present administration to provide job opportunities for the youths of the nation.
