An America-based Public Health Practitioner, Prince Adeolu Tinubu has pledged to work for the emergence of the Ekiti All Progressive Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji as the Governor of the state.
Prince Tinubu, who is also the Chairman of the Alumni Association of the Ekiti State University (EKSU), United States of America chapter further revealed that he would use his personal influence, resources to win Emure, Ise-Orun and Ikere local governments areas of the State in the governorship election.
He said, “My support for Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji is not out of sentiment but for the love of Ekiti. I have the confidence that Oyebanji being a seasoned administrator will consolidate on the great work already done by Governor Kayode Fayemi and we will all smile at the end.
“I have discovered that continuity remains a better way to attract rapid growth and development to any society. We have a beautiful state endowed immensely with human and natural resources and Lagos State is a practical example of what continuous and unbreakable government cum governance can achieve through a well-established strategic plan”.
He further commended Governor Kayode Fayemi for his good policies and initiatives particularly in the area of education, workers’ welfare and infrastructural development and Otunba Niyi Adebayo for his political maturity for voluntarily turning down a second term offer to govern the state.
