The gubernatorial candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP) in Ekiti State, Erelu Kemi Elebute has received royal support from the monarch of Irare-Ekiti, Oba Julius Olukayode Adebowale.
The epochal event which took place within Moba Local Government attracted a massive turnout and support from the residents of the state.
The campaign tour was geared towards seeking solidarity ahead of the June 18 gubernatorial election in the State.
Speaking further, the delegation of the market women popularly known as Iyaloja in the local government further expressed their happiness at the courage of the ADP candidate revealing that it was a sign that women are no longer relegated in the society
 “It is a great pleasure that one of us, Erelu Kemi Elebute-Halle has thrown her hat into the ring, it shows that we are no longer second class citizens and that what a man can do, a woman will do better”.
The delegation further urged the women in Ekiti State to give the ADP candidate moral and physical support towards the actualisation of her ambition.
