The Chief Executive Officer at Cruzer Lounge and Bistro, Eleyele, Ibadan, Mr Moses Adebayo has given reasons why his high-flying company has been supporting extremely brilliant but poor children in public schools in Oyo State.
Adebayo, in a chat with PMParrot during the week revealed that he is always excited to offer support to students who are extremely brilliant but indigent.
He explained further, “When the people from Parrot Xtra Magazine came to me that they have a Radio Show on Splash 105.5fm that they use in identifying brilliant students in public secondary and primary schools in the state who are indigent, I was immediately interested.
“They told me that they use the radio to locate them and visit them to encourage them with gifts so that they will persevere and stay in school despite the hardship they are experiencing.
“My belief is that other well-meaning members of our society should join hands with us in this venture. These children must be encouraged to continue to stay in school since they are brilliant. This is Yorubaland, we must keep them in school. Who knows? They may turn out to become astronauts, doctors, engineers, lawyers – and become the shining stars we need in Yorubaland.”
Adebayo continued “When we encourage them to stay in school, God will bless us. In addition, the spirits of these children will also pray for all of us involved in the project.”
Moses Adebayo’s Cruzer Lounge was established to satisfy the yearnings and desires of customers who crave for difference in the entertainment industry.
He also took time to speak about what Cruzer Lounge offers: “Here, we have an edifice which houses a night club, lounge, unisex salon, gym centre, spa, swimming pool where you can relax and savor nature without having to travel around. We also have a very big hall where exclusive events can be hosted”.
