Leicester City forward, Ademola Lookman, insists the Foxes have all it takes to turn things around in their second leg semi-final clash against AS Roma at the Olympic Stadium in Rome next Thursday.

The Foxes were held 1-1 by the visitors at the King Power Stadium in their first leg semi-final tie on Thursday and Jose Mourinho’s men will be hoping to sail past the English Premier League side and reach the maiden final of the Conference League.

Lorenzo Pellegrini put Roma in front in the 15th minute and while they defended ruthlessly against the Englishmen, Lookman was in the right place to commit defender Gianluca Mancini, who scored the own goal that levelled the game.

Lookman’s performance in the encounter earned him the highest point rating of either team, with Leicester Mercury scoring his performance eight out of 10.

Although Roma will be favourites to reach the final, thanks to a second leg home advantage, Lookman insists that Leicester have what it takes to win in Rome and sail through to the final.

“It’s going to be a difficult game in the second leg with the atmosphere and their fans behind them but we’ll go there to try and win,” Lookman said after the match.

“There were times where we broke them down. We created the chances, but it’s unfortunate we couldn’t get the win.”
