One of the leading microfinance institutions in Nigeria, Seedvest Microfinance Bank is presently putting smiles on the faces of civil servants in Oyo State and beyond.
Reason for this is because the organization has recently introduced a new product called ‘payroll lending’.
The Managing Director of the institution, Mr Gafar Idowu informed PMParrot that the new move is part of “restrategising to ensure that customers and others in the value chain always get the best from us.
“While offering the payroll lending product, I wish to make it clear that we also decided to expand our scope. We will accommodate workers with reputable private organisations. So, you can see, we are out to put smiles on the faces of our people.”
PMParrot can also confirm that there are plans by the institution to further consolidate on the reorganization the bank carried out during and after the whole world experienced CODID-19 pandemic.
A source close to the Managing Director of the high-flying microfinance bank, informed there are also plans to ensure all staff members are trained and retrained for them to keep in line with the present realities of how to carry out their different assignments and duties.
Our source further explained “Seedvest is not in competition with any body or institution. We are focused on what we are doing. That is why you see our branches everywhere. Our management and staff members are core professionals with only eyes on the goals and objectives we are out to achieve.
