All roads led to the expansive Adeline Multipurpose Hall, Lead City University, Toll Gate Ibadan when the final burial of Mama Abeke Olaotun Olaniyan was held on Friday 9th December 2022.
The reception party started with an opening prayer which was said by the master of ceremony, Dele Akinbode popularly called Dele Ijinle.
Afterwards, popular gospel juju maestro, Yinka James and the Adonai Band rendered a melodious tune to welcome guests present at the occasion. The master of ceremony acknowledged the presence of the deceased’s children.
Daughter of the deceased, and the mother of the America based socialite that organised the event, Abiodun Idris Akininganyin, friends and family eulogized their late Mother and great-grand mother, Mama Abeke Olaotun Olaniyan.
Dignitaries present at the occasion included Hon. Yusuf Oladeni Adebisi, high chiefs from Ilawo Oke Ona and Poro Egba Land were present at the event, Publisher, Parrot Xtra Magazine, Olayinka Agboola, heavy and other creme de la creme in the society from home and abroad.
Dele Akinbode popularly known as Dele ijinle was the master of ceremony at the event, Yinka James supplied the good music while the event was covered and packaged by Apreel1 Events Management and Tv.
