In furtherance of its global appeal and strong commitment towards the growth of oil and gas sector in Nigeria and Africa as a whole, llaji Hotels and Sports Resort, in partnership with its sister company, Tasaniola Nigeria Limited Drilling Services (TNL) shown like a million stars during this year’s edition of Offshore Technology Conference in United States of America (USA), tagged OTC2023.

The conference which held at the NRG Park in Houston, Texas, USA, provided a viable platform for industry leaders and experts to exchange ideas, technologies, and best practices in the oil and gas industry.

With over 50,000 attendees from over one hundred countries, the conference served as a perfect opportunity for Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort and TNL to showcase their commitment to driving innovation and excellence in the industry.

At the Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort exhibition stand, visitors were treated to a showcase of the resort’s unique features and services, as well as TNL’s state-of-the-art drilling equipment and services. The exhibition stand was designed to create an interactive experience for visitors, allowing them to explore Ilaji’s hospitality and sporting infrastructure and TNL’s services.

Attendants at the stand also exposed visitors to the resort’s lush surroundings, world-class sporting facilities, and the wonderful services that it offers, which include Hotel and Hostel Accommodation, Arts Gallery and Museum, Football Stadia and Pitches, Fitness Centers, Sports and Mini Marts, Zoological Garden, Basketball and Lawn Tennis Courts, Swimming Pools, a range of Indoor and Outdoor Sports Facilities and a host of others.

In addition to showcasing Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort and TNL’s products and services, the exhibition stand also provided a platform for networking and knowledge sharing among industry players. Visitors to the stand had the opportunity to interact with Ilaji Resort and TNL staff, industry experts, and peers, gaining valuable insights into the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the industry.

Speaking about Ilaji Resort’s participation in the conference, the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, Prince Adesina Araoye remarked that, “as one of the leading players of the hospitality and sports industry in Nigeria, we are committed to driving innovation and excellence in everything we do. Our participation in OTC2023 is a testament to our commitment to the oil and gas industry and our desire to contribute to its growth and development.”

He also expressed his profound gratitude to the Group Chairman of Ilaji Resort and TNL, Chief (Engr) Dotun Sanusi, for facilitating the participation and for allowing the partnership between the two companies to thrive to this point.

He rounded up his speech by saying that his company’s  participation in OTC2023 was a huge success, providing a platform to showcase its unique offerings, drive innovation, and foster partnerships and collaborations in the oil and gas industry adding that the resort’s commitment to excellence and innovation is evident in its participation in the industry events such as OTC, and “we look forward to seeing more from them in the future”, he concluded.

It will be recalled that the partnership between Ilaji Resort and TNL towards ensuring a steady growth of oil gas sector in Nigeria and Africa dated back to 2018 when the Akanran based hospitality outfit hosted the Oil and Gas stakeholders’ retreat.

The retreat which was attended by all the bigwigs of oil and gas in Nigeria and beyond was a prelude to the reception organized for one of their own a year later.
