Life Radio Hosts ‘Kidcasters’, Launches Children’s Club

Life Radio 107.5FM Ibadan, in the capital city of Oyo State will play host to children between the ages of eight and fifteen years with broadcastings skills and potentials as part of activities to commemorate the 2023 Children’s Day.

Children who have registered will be hosting shows, presenting programmes, casting the news and reporting live from different venues during the special broadcast of content created by children on the radio station.

In a statement by the radio station’s Content Manager (English) Babajide Olagunju, “Life Radio is presenting the opportunity for children who have behind the microphone skills, flair and talent. This year’s Children’s Day will therefore serve as the first in the series of opportunities to nurture them, hone their skills and provide on air exposure for such talented skills as we catch them young and groom them for the future”

The statement also disclosed that Life Radio Children’s Club will be launched at the event which has already attained the hundred kids registration. Benefits of the Children’s Club include discounts at various commercial facilities and malls, excursions and tours, engagement with celebrities and on air personalities, mentoring and career guidance amongst others.
