Pastor Bola Oyediran, the man of God in charge of Holy Church Of En-Hakkore (Aladura), Felele, Ibadan and the convener of the annual ‘All White Concert’ has been talking about the comprehensive arrangements on ground to ensure the successful hosting of sixth edition of the Christian musical event.
He also revealed the reasons behind the elaborate preparations for the 2023 edition of the annual concert, which is set to hold at the Kakanfo Inn, Joyce-B area of Ibadan.
He said, “We are concerned because the gospel of salvation is lagging behind. The essence of the concert is to preach the gospel using music too.”
He revealed that the sixth edition of the concert tagged ‘All Power’ is slated for Friday, 17 November 2023.
The Cleric made these revelations while featuring on a weekly radio show, Parrot Xtra Hour on Radio’ anchored by Olayinka Agboola and broadcast live on Splash 105.5FM, Felele Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State on Tuesday.
Pastor Oyediran further revealed that the problems of the youths originated from the elders who are not living exemplary Christian lives while revealing that some people in a bid to serve their selfish interests have manipulated the pulpit.
“The youths are bold to engage in fraudulent practices because the elders have laid a wrong foundation for them. If the youths are to live a better life, it must start from the elders. The pulpit has been manipulated; many clerics have hidden the truth from their members. During the days of the prophets like Isaiah, Amos, they spoke out against the ills of the society”.
He further urged Nigerian youths to imbibe the fear of God they carry out their daily activities while urging churches in the country not to neglect the messages of salvation.
