It was an event full of fanfare as Mahnatez International School, Oluyole, Ibadan rolled out the drums to celebrate the 2023 Xmas Carol and End of the Year Party.
The event, which was carnival-like was highlighted with praise worship, beautiful song renditions, games and thanksgiving by the pupils and parents of the school to appreciate God for the opportunity to witness this year’s programme.
Addressing the audience at the event, the Proprietress, Hajjia Bolatito Adebisi, expressed her delight on behalf of the school’s management and staff to God and the parents for their trust and support in the last one year.
She reiterated the commitment of the school towards achieving greater excellence and outstanding performances, without jeopardizing its belief in quality, affordable and all-inclusive education.
Reflecting on some of the interesting programmes the school had embarked on in the closing year, Hajjia Adebisi maintained that the school would continue to promote excellence in early childhood education and give every child the best learning environment they deserve.
She used the occasion to introduce a book on parenting titled ‘Parenting: From the Desk of the Father- The Role of the Father’ basically to charge fathers on good parenting.
Hajjia Adebisi admonished them to always be there for their kids not only in terms of providing for their needs but also in making themselves available to assess their performances and listen to their complaints and explanations.
