Former Super Eagle and General Manager of Shooting Stars Sports Club, Dimeji Lawal on Saturday, January 20, 2024 lost his Dad, Pa Taibu Olanrewaju Atanda Lawal.
The deceased was pronounced dead at Teju Hospital, Ring Road, Ibadan, Oyo State
Aged 86, Pa Lawal died after briefly battling with old-age related ailment.
Prayers were held at his Felele, Ibadan home before his remains were taken to Omi Adio where he was buried according to Islamic rites.
Pa Lawal is survived by children – Oladimeji, Ronke, Olalekan, Gbenga, and Muyiwa as well as grand children.
Dimeji Lawal‘s mother, Mama Mosunmola Ashabi Lawal earlier died in March, 2021.
