In line with its core mandate, the National Orientation Agency, Oyo State directorate is poised to consistently mobilise the state’s citizens for positive values and attitudes toward nation building and sustainable development.

Oyo state NOA  Directorate through partnership with  IMPACT Business Radio has solidified arrangements to educate and sensitise the station’s  wide  audience on  a  30 minutes weekly  Values Re-Orientation  programme called COMPASS.

The programme which is now on the airwaves every Tuesday 5-30pm- 6:00pm is  anchored by Mr Adefemi Mapaderun,  the Station Manager IBR  and former Director, NOA.

IMPACT Radio management entered this partnership with NOA Oyo as its own Corporate Social Responsibility to address the issues of moral decadence and gradual erosion of ethical principles, values, and social norms within the society.

According to a release made available on Tuesday morning to the press in Ibadan by the media unit of the Agency, the weekly programme is also aimed at encouraging the people to actively participate in matters of governance as there will be a Phone-in segment on the programme.

The release added that the maiden edition of the Programme featured the Oyo state Director of the Agency, Dr Olukemi Afolayan, who reiterated during the programme that “Now is the time for all citizens to own the Nigerian Project by imbibing positive attitudes that will hasten nation building and sustainable development”.
