Chief Femi Adesina, former Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media & Publicity has expressed reservations over what he called ‘mischievous interpretations’ of some of the issues he raised in his recently launched book on his former boss.

Chief Adesina said he was more bothered because most of those who have been publishing stories to ‘interpret’ his submissions in the book titled Working With Buhari never saw a copy of the book not to talk of reading it.

“I will say I am bothered. I am seriously bothered because it is not right to mischievously interpret issues especially in Nigeria of today when the country is grappling with challenges of insecurity. Our online folks especially should take time to reflect on the consequences of their actions.

Adesina spoke with PMParrot over the weekend at the 60th birthday ceremony held in honour of his brother (elder), Professor Olutayo Charles Adesina at the Senior Staff Club, University of Ibadan over the weekend.

The former Buhari spokesman also took time to appreciate all those who contributed to the huge success recorded at the Abuja presentation of the book.

In addition, he sent words those who are yet to buy their copies: “Thanks for planning to buy. You can get copies at the nearest major book stores in Nigeria. For those of you in Ibadan, go to Booksellers, Jericho. You will get your copy there.”
