The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has cleared all the 33 local government areas in just concluded election Oyo State.
The results were announced at the headquarters of Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission (OYSIEC), Agodi, Ibadan on Sunday.
The ruling PDP in the state won all chairmanship seat in 33 local governments of the state as is the usual occurrence in Nigeria.
The Chairman of the Commission, Aare Isiaka Olagunju (SAN), Commended security agencies and all stakeholders in the election matters for their support and cooperation throughout the exercise.
Olagunju also appreciated the governor of the state, Engr. Seyi Makinde for the opportunity and support given to the Commission to have a successful exercise.
